Projects

Understand project records in Parcel, including stage, status, and how signals drive them.

Projects represent real-world development activity tracked by Parcel, including location, stage, lifecycle status, size, use, source evidence, and related accounts and contacts.

Parcel discovers projects from public records and classifies them using signals. Every signal is linked to a project, and the project’s stage and status are derived from the signals it has accumulated.

In this section

  • Stages — the regulatory approval funnel a project moves through
  • Status — the lifecycle status and disposition of a project
  • Roles — how Parcel identifies and classifies firms and people on a project
