Alerts

Alerts deliver new signals to your team outside of the Home queue. You configure alerts per subscription type in Settings → Signals.

Email alerts

When a new signal matches a subscription with the email channel enabled, chosen recipients receive an email linking directly to the Home queue filtered to that type. Details:

• Recipients — specific workspace members, or all members (including future ones)
• Delivery — runs every ~15 minutes after signal extraction completes
• Deduplication — each signal is delivered once per recipient
• Done signals — signals your team already marked done are skipped

Email subjects follow the pattern: "[Type name]: N new signals" (e.g. "Permit approved: 3 new signals").

• Slack — post new signals to a channel
• Microsoft Teams — post new signals to a channel

Channel integrations will follow the same per-subscription configuration model as email alerts.
