Everett is a live Parcel market. Parcel ingests public records from the City of Everett Planning Board, covering its meeting records and the project documents filed with each case.

Data sources

Parcel currently monitors the Planning Board’s public meeting folders, linked from the City of Everett Planning Board page, along with the agenda archive on the same site. Documents include applications, project narratives, plan sets, staff reviews, legal notices, agendas, minutes, and decisions.

Coverage depth

Parcel’s Everett dataset covers Planning Board meetings from January 2020 onward. Because signals are read from the contents of each document, agenda materials posted ahead of a meeting can surface a case before the hearing takes place. The dataset is updated incrementally as the City posts new meeting folders and documents.
