Somerville

Somerville is a live Parcel market. Parcel ingests public records from the City of Somerville’s Planning and Zoning division, covering Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals cases and their related documents.

Data sources

Parcel currently monitors the City of Somerville Reports and Decisions list. Each case carries its case number, hearing date, and applicant, along with its narrative, staff report, and decision documents.

Coverage depth

The case list Parcel reads reaches back to 2011. Cases filed at the same address are grouped into a single project, so one project can carry several case numbers. The dataset is updated incrementally as the City posts new cases and documents.
